1. General Provisions

By accessing and using Peck Series hardware, software and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peck Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" / "us" / "Peck"). Your use of the Product shall be deemed your full acceptance of all terms herein.

Minors shall use the Product only under the supervision and consent of their legal guardians. All intellectual property rights including copyright, patent and trademark of the Product are exclusively owned by Peck.

2. Account & Use Rules

• Basic functions of the Product can be used without registration; advanced features require you to register a Peck account and submit true, accurate and complete personal information.
• You shall keep your account login information confidential and be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
• You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with official guidelines. We reserve the right to retain or close your account per these Terms.
• We may automatically run network detection and fault diagnosis with your consent, for network acceleration and service troubleshooting only; no manual monitoring will be conducted.

3. License & Usage Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to download, install and use the Product on your personal devices.

You shall NOT:

• Sell, lease, transfer or commercialize the Product in any form;
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or derive any part of the Product;
• Use the Product to develop competing or similar services;
• Remove or alter any copyright and proprietary marks of the Product;
• Copy, distribute or spread the Product without legal authorization.

All communication fees, data fees and third-party service fees arising from your use shall be borne by you solely. All product updates and version upgrades shall be governed by these Terms.

4. User Content & Feedback

• All content you publish, upload or generate via the Product is your sole responsibility. You bear all risks of information disclosure and related legal liabilities.
• Any suggestions, comments or feedback you provide to Peck shall be deemed irrevocably transferred to us. We may use such feedback freely without confidentiality obligation.
• We reserve the right to review, delete or remove user shared content at any time without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Product to:

• Violate national laws, regulations and public order and good customs;
• Disseminate rumors, illegal, obscene, violent, insulting or infringing content;
• Spread computer viruses, malicious code or harmful programs;
• Unauthorized collect other users' personal information and data;
• Conduct automated abusive access, overload server or interfere with normal service operation;
• Attempt unauthorized access to server data, system resources or other users' information;
• Interfere, damage or affect other users' normal use of the Product.

6. Service Modification & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the official website or notified by email. Continued use after announcement means your acceptance of revised terms.
• We may suspend, adjust or close any service function without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any loss caused thereby.
• We have the right to suspend or terminate your use authority and account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws or third-party copyright rights.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Product ceases immediately, and your user content may be removed from our database.

7. Third-Party Services

• Part of the Product relies on third-party technical support. These Terms apply only between you and Peck, not with any third party.
• The Product may contain third-party information, services and user-generated content. We do not control, guarantee or assume legal liability for third-party content and external services.
• Your interaction with other users is independent behavior; we bear no relevant legal responsibility.

8. Indemnification & Disclaimer

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all complaints, losses, litigation, costs and attorney fees arising from your violation of these Terms or improper use of the Product.

We shall not be liable for losses caused by:

• Information disclosure due to your improper operation or negligence;
• Service interruption caused by hacker attack, virus intrusion, force majeure or government regulatory requirements;
• Network failure, operator line fault, device failure or system instability;
• Risks of anonymous impersonation, defamation and harassment on the platform;
• Experimental intelligent scene function defects, network delay and device offline problems;
• Failure of third-party services and uncontrollable external factors.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Notice & Communication

• You shall provide a valid email address for account receiving official notices. We are not responsible for undeliverable notice due to invalid contact information.
• Official website announcements and emails sent to your reserved address shall be deemed valid official notices.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, litigation shall be filed at the court where Peck is located.

11. Miscellaneous

• If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
• You shall not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
