If you see "offline voice pack not downloaded", follow these steps:

Open the settings: launch the Go app and open the "Manage offline translation resources" or "Offline resources" page.
Find the right voice pack: locate the voice pack for the language pair you need in the list.
Tap download: tap the "Download" button and wait for it to finish.
Make sure you have enough storage and a network: during download, keep a stable network connection and enough storage on your phone.
If the download fails: tap the "Retry" button, or check your network and storage status and try again.

Once the offline voice pack is downloaded

You can do voice translation even without a network.
